Alex is a borderline-hermetic, overopinionated, Chaotic Neutral critic, author, gamer, and overall dweeb. When not mocking others of lesser fandoms, she is creating wildly-overthought character builds for Dungeons and Dragons, listening to punk rock, or trying to come up with the next great American novel (which inevitably fails on account of her attention span). She's a big fan of using parentheses and dashes way more than any self-respecting writer should, and firmly believes that character development and strength are far more important than actual narrative, storyline, or atmosphere. In the coming years, science will prove this theory to be indisputably correct. She has a Tumblr page, but don't expect to find anything of worth on there besides pictures of kittens and backsides. Allison Mattern is a high school English teacher who shamelessly loves reality television. She's a dog person, but owns three cats because she's lazy and they're easier to take care of. She spends most of her free time grading papers, but sometimes gets to watch her favorite shows, and sometimes she gets to write about them.

Brooke Brewer is a professional geek who lives in Mississippi on the wrong side of the train tracks. The other side isn't so hot either though, so its all good. She is an amateur comedian, writer of fan fiction, original stories, and movie reviews. Her hobbies include reading horror and fantasy novels, slaying zombies and training Pokemon. Mike Burr is a dedicated social democrat, handyman, and physical science teacher who currently resides in the Deep South. He can often be found prowling the streets of his neighborhood with his canine companion, wreaking havoc on property values. A recent addition to his has necessitated moving most of his movie viewing online. Mike has written mostly about music, and has interviewed everyone from Bootsy Collins to Josh T. Pearson to Jay Reatard to Katy Perry. He is excited to be trying his hand at film reviews, even though his last try ended in an internet beef with Wil Wheaton.

Nate Zoebl is an avid film lover since he was yea-high to whatever people are yea-high to. He's written film reviews since he was 17 years old and is a proud member of the Central Ohio Film Critics Association (COFCA). He is an active screenwriter, educator, filmmaker with the award-winning group Edwin J. Hill, one-time playwright ("Our Town... Attacked by Zombies"), lover of bad movies thanks to a childhood fed by the likes of MST3K, perhaps the world's foremost scholar on the movies of Dr. Uwe Boll, and sometimes collection of coherent molecules.

This guy builds worlds with words and whiskey.  He has contributed to PDI Press’ first two Noirlanthotep anthologies as well as the punk rock dystopian short story collection American Carnage.   He has authored The Perilous Journeys of Pericles, a misbegotten science fiction adaptation of a misbegotten Shakespeare play (available on Amazon for Kindle).  He is currently pulling his hair out over a novel that just never seems to get any closer to completion.  He lives in Jersey, but is usually only willing to admit it when the conversation turns to pizza and/or access to great record shops. By day, Scott Delahunt is an IT analyst, fixing problems and explaining operating systems for end users. By night, he takes his degree in Computer Science, his love of movies, his vast knowledge of tabletop gaming, his curiosity into how things work and becomes a geek!  Although he has nothing published professionally, Scott has written fanfiction, scripted an anime music video, play tested role-playing games, and applied his love of bad movies to Lost In Translation.  He has also helped put on an anime convention and organize bus trips to Anime North. In his spare time, he raises two cats to become Internet icons and maintains a personal blog, The Chaos Beast.

Shawn Hill knows two things: comics and art history. Somehow that led to him writing the Harvey Kurtzman entry for Icons of the American Comic Book: from Captain America to Wonder Woman (2013). He also writes art criticism and is a member of the International Association of Art Critics (AICA), an NGO of UNESCO.

The Final Girl is a feminist horror critic.

Thom V. Young has lived all over the country—Idaho, Oregon, Ohio, California, Kansas, back to Idaho, Louisiana, and South Carolina—but he eventually ended up in Maryland. Over the course of his travels, he has had an array of odd jobs—including short order cook, fast food restaurant manager, construction worker, frozen food warehouseman, alternative health publications editor, and college professor.
